- People new to the Trainer role and those who wish to enhance Training skills and gain a full understanding of the Training function.

- Talk and chalk, discussion groups, problem solving exercises. Role play, practical staff training sessions.
- Expected Outcomes:
- Participants will develop practical skills in analysing training needs and will demonstrate the ability to plan, design and implement training sessions and review and monitor training effectiveness.

Day 2:
Instructional Technique:
- Important factors such as Manner, Voice, Eye Contact, Sequencing and Questioning.
- Practical exercises
Monitoring Trainees Performance and Analysing Faults.

- Training evaluation
- Reviewing Effectiveness
- Training Administration
- Record keeping
